The dust has settled on the first round of the MLB Postseasonand two things are clear. First, Boston, the MLB Swarm’s pick to win the World Series, is clearly a force to be reckoned with in the American League. Not only did the Red Sox beat the Yankees in 4 games ( just as the AI forecast ), they outscored New York 27-14 over the series, including a 16-1 pasting in Game 3 in the Bronx. Second, the MLB Swarm itself seems to be in postseason form, as all four of its League Division predictions were correct.

Here again is the MLB’s Postseason forecast. As you can see, the gathering of baseball fans and enthusiasts were confident that the Red Sox, Astros, Brewers and Dodgers would all advance to the League Championship Series, and that is exactly what happened.
