AI Picks are Perfect in Final NBA Swarm

8 Team Parlay Pays 3 to 1 in NBA Regular Season Finale Swarm

Last night marked the final swarm of the NBA regular season, and the AI went out in style with a perfect 9-0 record in predicting winners. Those predictions, published last night on this blog, were ranked according to the AI’s confidence and conviction in the outcome. These rankings are important because knowing when – and when not – to make a prediction is one of the hallmarks of strong forecasting. So it follows that the AI’s “Best Bets” would outperform its “High Risk Plays” where no meaningful distinction can be made between the two teams, and a recommendation is far less confident. Last night, however, there was no difference in accuracy between the AI’s most and least confident picks. They all turned out to be perfectly accurate.

As has become the norm, some members of the NBA Swarm were able to turn that AI insight into profits. The screenshot below was passed along by participant who put 8 of the AI’s picks into a parlay, skipping the “High Risk” game that paid off nearly 3 to 1. That tidy result comes on the heels of a 6 to 1 return last week, and of course, the previous perfect night in the NBA in early December. The NBA Swarm will look to continue its hot streak when the NBA playoffs begin on Saturday.
