The Science of Hyperchat AI
Many minds are better than one. Research shows collective intelligence grows with group size. Research also shows that conversational deliberation is critical for groups to surface ideas, debate options, and solve complex problems. If only we could combine the power of collective intelligence with thoughtful real-time conversations.
Unfortunately, conversations don’t scale. As group size grows, each person gets less and less “airtime” to speak and less ability to respond to others. That’s why putting 20 people in a chat-room or video conference never yields a productive dialog.
Mother Nature shows the way: Unlike humans, many social species can collaborate so effectively at scale, they become a “super-organism” that can quickly solve problems no individual could solve on their own. Biologists call this Swarm Intelligence and it’s why birds flock, fish school, and bees swarm – they are smarter together.
