Domenico D’Ambrosio is the Founder and Managing Partner of Andiamo Advisory Group, a strategic advisory firm focused on executive growth, go-to-market acceleration, and leadership transformation. A former President at Verizon and Senior Vice President at Salesforce, Mr. D’Ambrosio is known for driving customer-centric growth, scaling high-performing teams, and leading complex transformations across the telecom, media, and technology sectors.

Over the past two decades, he has led multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, launched new business lines, and helped industry giants integrate emerging technologies—including AI—to unlock competitive advantage. At Charter Communications, he played a key role in launching and scaling its mobile business into one of the fastest-growing MVNOs in the country. His reputation for building trusted, multi-threaded relationships and delivering results under pressure has made him a valued advisor to Fortune 100 executives and growth-stage founders alike.

Mr. D’Ambrosio has completed executive honors programs at Harvard Business School, Duke University (Finance), and the Disney Institute. He is also the creator and host of Odesso, Andiamo, an upcoming podcast that explores what it truly means to lead with purpose—at work, at home, and during life’s most significant turning points.

Born into an immigrant family that arrived in America with just four suitcases and $400, Mr. D’Ambrosio leads with the grit, gratitude, and grounded leadership forged by that legacy. He now dedicates his work to helping others scale without losing themselves along the way.
