Sportspicker AI Aces Overwatch Test Again, Looks to Continue Succesful OWL Run
UPDATE 5/11: Sportspicker AI ended the weekend with a 6-4 mark on straight up winners. That means over the last three weeks, our record is 20-10. Our odds-weighted picks did not fare as well, going just 1-4, but just barely missing on 3 of the 4 picks.

Last week, the Sportspicker AI data science team continued its momentum making predictions in the tumultous Overwatch League. With League of Legends still on hiatus, the team produced another strong set of OWL picks, going 7-3 for the second consecutive week. You can see the details HERE.
Looking to build on last week, the Sportspicker AI team leveraged the Swarm AI system to make another set of 10 OWL picks this week. (NOTE: Given the news about Vancouver’s roster shakeup, their 2 matches are NOT in our pick set).
Last week, we again figured betting odds into the equation. On top of the straight winner picks , we recommended seven bets where the AI algorithms calculated an edge. Those picks were 5-2, which was an outstanding result.
See the two charts below for Sportspicker AI picks, vis-a-vis the betting odds this week. The first chart is straight up picks, and the second cart is against the spread. The picks in bold are the ones where we believe the AI has found an EDGE. As you can see, the AI algorithms favor two straight up picks and three more against the spread.
